(More customer reviews)Nice design, well-made, easy to clean, makes mediocre moka (not real espresso) quickly, and is very quiet. Not enough pressure to produce any "crema", and doesn't heat the water sufficiently. Here is what I found that helps a bit:
(1) grind the coffee extremely fine, tamp and re-tamp hard.
(2) pre-heat the water in a "HotPot" or something similar -- it helps a great deal to make better moka.
Not quite as good as my old "Maxim" espresso-maker, but a lot faster and quieter.
