(More customer reviews)I am using this to froth about 6 oz of milk for two cappuccinos, and it is just the right size. After frothing the foam rises to about 2/3 - 3/4 of the pitcher volume, so one pours at a comfortable starting angle without spilling a drop. The pronounced spout is also helpful in this respect. This pitcher is very easy to clean and looks great beside our stainless espresso machine.
