(More customer reviews)After reading reviews for many coffee machine decalcifiers I was concerned that using any product might ruin the machine. Knowing that the machine might be ruined if I don't do something, I chose this product as it had the best reviews (though not all great). Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised at both how easy it was to use and how good the coffee tasted afterwards. I didn't realize the mineral build-up inside the machine had such an impact on the taste of the coffee. Bottom line - I'll use this product from now on without worry.
