(More customer reviews)While I love french press coffee and am a fan of Bodum products, they always tend to be on the fragile side. The outside plastic on this travel press cracked within the first two weeks of using it. The material is less than what one would call "sturdy" and the press routinely lets stray grounds through even though I've been following the manufacturer's suggestions and using coarse coffee.
Great in theory, much less so in execution.
