I spent a lot of time using this machine in the store (during two visits), and here's what I found:
Temperature from cup to cup was very inconsistent.... which was bothering me after I left the store the first time. I confirmed this on my second visit.
Leakage from the spout (excessive). At one point,I was standing in front of the machine, and suddenly water started pouring out of the spout!
When the machine was briefly moved across the counter, hot water leaked on the salesperson's hand.
Splashing of dripping coffee against the front of the machine.
I was thrilled when the machine was released. It's really cute and very light. However, after my experiences in the store, I purchased the Citiz and am happy that I did so. (Please see my review of the Citiz for more information.)

Update: 5/30/11:
To the other reviewer's comment re: this may have been a defective unit: in subsequent conversations with customer service, I was told they are receiving many calls about the leakage from this machine.
