(More customer reviews)I got one of these type 964 machines from a garage sale. I took it home, cleaned it inside and out, and it worked like a charm. Pretty good milk frothing ability but what was the real surprise was the thick, rich, multi colored crema! I found that this machine does not like a really fine or hard tamped grind. Also, keep the group head, basket and upper screen clean and wait for it to warm up before pulling your shots for best results. This machine was made in Switzerland and seems pretty bullet proof. Nice design too! A really basic, simple machine without the extras- can still hold its own with newer models and you can still get the manual online as a pdf and many of the parts too. If you see one grab it!
