(More customer reviews)The all glass decanters work much better than the ones with a metal bottom. The metal ones scorch the coffee and tend to leak out the sides also.
I originally received my 2 glass decanters very poorly packaged. They were in a large box side by side with no protection around them so needless to say one of them arrived in a million pieces.
I emailed the company right away and within 24 hours they sent me 2 replacements packaged properly in their own individual boxes then those boxes were protected in a larger box.
