(More customer reviews)Makes a Great pot of coffee! I like the option of temp. control for a "Hot" cup. Also the option of a special 'short-pot' (1-4 cups) has been nice, too. The clock could be back-lit for ease of programing and the condensate that flows off the lid, when you open to empty the basket, is a small challenge. Neither is enough to NOT use this product. Use one of the other 4 clocks in the kitchen and keep a paper towel handy...challenges solved..Enjoy a steaming cup of coffee ! "Life's too short to drink lousy coffee" and this Coffee maker is a Great way to start the Day.
