(More customer reviews)Wears out every five to six months. I'm surprised there hasn't been an upgrade, but then why should there be, Krups has the consumer in a corner.
I agree with the other review...postage is ridiculous on this item considering it can be mailed in an envelope. The gasket is available directly from Krups, but the last time we looked postage was slightly higher there. It's a no-win situation.
Since we're having to replace the gasket every five to six months, we've started to order two at a time to help offset postage.
