(More customer reviews)Very nice looking espresso unit but, LARGER than advertised, correct height is 14.5". If you are trying to use under lower clearance cabinets (18") it's not a good fit, especially for using top warmer plate. Outer water reservoir makes it a bit bulky. Better suited for counter areas with extra space.
You will see this item listed on amazon and elsewhere using same "default" size info as either 12" high or 11.5" high. That information is WRONG!
