(More customer reviews)Read all the reviews both negative and positive. Bought this coffee maker anyway because of the convenience of the grind and brew feature. Using only non-oily beans (French roast) coffee maker worked perfectly as advertised...for about five days. After about the sixth carafe of coffee, the bean grinder quit working...not very cool for a $160 machine. I completely cleaned the bean grinder as per the instruction manual and it still did not work. Called Cusinart customer service and they said that they would be very happy to take a look at the machine and take care of it under warranty. That is...if I would accept the fact that they would be charging me a $40 shipping fee to return the fixed machine. Pretty high price to pay I thought, so I called the folks who sold me the coffee maker through Amazon. They had a 30 day money back warranty period...sent the coffee maker back to them for a full refund. Good luck if you decide to buy this unit.
